My favorite part about this place is being treated like you've been a loyal customer even if you've just walked in for the first time. The staff comes off as authentically friendly, without being pushy or cheesy. They also have competitive pricing. I made some small impulse buys and then checked prices online later and it was within a few percentage points so that was nice. I also appreciated a little break on the price of a new vehicle when the 3rd party financing barely failed. Despite Skidoo being at the bottom of my list of sled choices, I still got one because of all that.
